Educated at the Department of Culture and Society at the University of Linköping in Sweden, Nordmark studied audio culture and contemporary art.
He has scored numerous films and his compositions and works have been commissioned for opera, public installations, theatre plays and in exhibitions.
Since 2019 Nordmark has released two solo albums on the Brooklyn-based label Valley of Search and four commissioned albums. He’s currently working on a third solo album.
Nordmark usually cites Mark Fisher, Mare Kandre, Arthur Russell, Jóhann Jóhannsson among others as sources of inspiration.
